KIMBER GETS FIT

My favourite dip/dressing in the world! So easy to make too….

What You Need

- Pot of Fat Free Greek Yoghurt (I like the brand Total - 170g pot)

- Lemon

- Coriander or Parsley

- 1 green chili

- 1 clove of garlic

- 1 avocado

- Salt & Pepper

- Paprika

- 1/4 cup red onion (optional; I didn’t use it for this recipe)

Method

Pop the yoghurt, avocado, chili, garlic and coriander/parsley in a blender, (onion as well if you have decided to be adventurous). Blend until creamy and well combined. Then squeeze in some lemon juice, as much as you like. Then season with salt, pepper and paprika. You can add more chili and garlic if you prefer…some like it hot!

I use this for everything, on top of grilled steaks, salmon, sweet potato fritters, in salads, as a dip for carrots and veggies! It is so delicious, good for you…no guilt here!!
